Terms and conditions:

1. START-UP AGREEMENT: Once enrolled in the program, the student can take up to 3 free trial classes to confirm their satisfaction with the teacher. An invoice will be sent once the student notifies the program of their desire to begin the course package with the teacher they have already tested. If the student does not continue with the program after the first or subsequent trial classes, a penalty of 50 CHF will be charged. If the agreed start date is postponed by more than 3 weeks, a penalty of 50 CHF will also be charged.

1. Payment in installments: If agreed upon beforehand with the administration of Idioma Project, payment can be made in installments.

1. The term begins on the date agreed by both parties to this agreement and will end with the completion of the block of hours, which may be renewed by mutual decision of the parties.

• In case of inactivity: after two months of program inactivity, any outstanding hours that have been paid will be lost and the program will be closed.

• Vacations: Students may be absent for up to twenty (20) consecutive days (based on the calendar calendar), provided that the vacation is communicated at least 20 days in advance. In the event of an absence of more than twenty (20) calendar days, each subsequent class scheduled in the program will be automatically deducted.

1. The student or employer has the duty to communicate any concerns or disagreements about the teacher or program in order to allow for mediation of the situation.

1. SESSION CANCELLATION: Session cancellations must be communicated to the instructor at least one day prior to the class. The session will be charged if prior notice is not given within the stipulated time. The client (contracting party or student) may cancel a maximum of two (2) sessions per month; any additional cancellations will be deducted from the package of hours. If a session is canceled by the instructor, no charge will be generated.

1. Minors: If the student is a minor, they must be accompanied by a representative (a person over eighteen (18) years of age), who must be a parent or legal guardian during their stay in Switzerland, if they are on vacation. The representative may be present during each class with the minor and must be included in the communication channel between student and teacher, for example, in a WhatsApp/Threema group or by being copied on emails.

1. Payments: The invoice must be paid in full within the stipulated period. Failure to do so will result in action being taken in accordance with Swiss law regarding late payments.

1. Program Suspension: If a student or their representative does not have an assigned teacher for more than three consecutive weeks, they may request to permanently suspend the program. In this case, they will be entitled to a full refund for classes already paid for but not received, and will also be released from any outstanding payments on the same invoice. Idioma Project Bizot López reserves the right to suspend the program at any time, in which case the same refund and payment cancellation conditions apply as described above.

1. Non-transferable service: Hours may be transferred to different instructors. If no instructors are available within two weeks, hours may be transferred to alternative courses, provided the same rate applies. In the case of different rates, credit may be used as payment, and if necessary, payments may be made to complete the balance or receive change.
